Each May 2025 edition of the PSA Magazine contains a single Vee Friends, LLC (“Vee Friends”) trading card. Randomly inserted into each Magazine is one of the following subset cards: PSA Promotional Set Red Unnumbered Cards (1:2);  PSA Promotional Set Orange Unnumbered Cards (1:4); PSA Promotional Set Yellow Numbered Cards (1:9); PSA Promotional Set Green Numbered Cards (1:11); PSA Promotional Set Blue Numbered Cards (1:15); PSA Promotional Set  Indigo Numbered Cards (1:44); PSA Promotional Set Violet Numbered Cards (1:77); PSA Promotional Set Black Numbered Cards (1:3905); PSA Promotional Autographed Cards (1:4230); and PSA Promotional Set Double Rainbow Cards (1:4230). Each colored rarity card may display one (1) of twelve (12) different VeeFirends characters. Stated odds are rounded to the nearest whole number, and reflect an average of the entire production run; no ratio is guaranteed to exist across a non-complete selection of May 2025 editions of the PSA Magazine.

POT-OF-GOLD Rules:

To receive a Pot-Of-Gold Card (“POG Card”) a person must submit a standard letter envelope via the United States Postal Service (“USPS”) to Vee Friends containing one (1) of each colored card of the same VeeFriend character within the PSA Promotional Set colored cards, including:

1. One (1) PSA Promotional Set Red Unnumbered Card;
2. One (1) PSA Promotional Set Orange Unnumbered Card;
3. One (1) PSA Promotional Set Yellow Numbered Card;
4. One (1) PSA Promotional Set Green Numbered Card;
5. One (1) PSA Promotional Set Blue Numbered Card;
6. One (1) PSA Promotional Set Indigo Numbered Card; and
7. One (1) PSA Promotional Set Violet Numbered Card (collectively the seven (7) above mentioned cards shall be deemed the “POG Submission Cards”).

Ten (10) POG Cards of each character have been printed and are redeemable through this offer. To be a valid Submission, eligible to receive One (1) POG Card of the submitted character present on all the submitted rainbow set of cards, all Submissions, in addition to containing the POG Submission Cards, must include a separate document noting the following:

1. The submitter’s name;
2. The submitter’s month and year of birth;
3. The submitter’s email address; and
4. The submitter’s return mailing address (collectively “Submitter’s Information”).  

Each mailing received by Vee Friends including the POG Submission Cards and Submitter’s Information shall be deemed a “Submission”. Submissions must be sent via USPS to the following mailing address:

Submitter’s Information shall be used solely for the purpose of confirming eligibility of the submitting individual and providing a POG Card to the submitter of a valid Submission. A single mailing may contain multiple Submissions. Upon Vee Friend’s receipt of a valid Submission, Vee Friends shall email the email address contained in the Submitter’s Information to confirm the accuracy of the remaining Submitter’s Information. Upon Vee Friend’s confirmation of the Submitter’s Information, via email, Vee Friends shall mail to the submitter one (1) POG Card. Submissions with multiple characters making up the POG Submission Cards shall be disqualified. Black Sets, Autographed cards and Double Rainbow cards will not count towards eligibility to receive a Pot-Of-Gold card and are expressly excluded from the POG Submission Cards. Forged, or fraudulent cards included in a Submission shall disqualify the Submission, which shall not be returned to the submitting party. Inclusion of unsolicited materials with a Submission may disqualify a Submission at Vee Friend’s sole discretion. POG Submission Cards, PSA Promotional Set Vee Friend cards and other items sent to Vee Friends as a part of a valid Submission or mailing that does not qualify as a Submission, shall not be returned to the original sender. By sending Vee Friends a Submission you acknowledge that all items in the Submission shall not be returned to the sender. Submissions must be made by individuals who have reached the age of majority, and at least 18+ years of age or over to enter to receive a POG Card. While quantities last. Submissions shall be accepted until the sooner of (i) all POG Cards are claimed, or (ii) May 31, 2026. Vee Friends will not honor expired redemptions.
